Also increase height of previously approved structure by 2’.
Case 12-25 – Preston and Elaine Campbell, 8 Ridgewood Road, request for variances to allow demolition and reconstruction of new dwelling.
Case 12-26 – Margaret Rockwell, 44 West End Drive, request for variances to allow construction of two shed dormers on structure.
